Quite often, taking automatic driving lessons can be a much faster way to get your driving licence.
A manual car for learning to drive in is not always for everyone. Many prefer to learn to drive an automatic car because of numerous reasons including wanting to increase your chance of passing first time with automatic driving lessons.
If you are finding it tricky to change gear in a manual car, are not comfortable with constant gear changes or have a disability which prevents you from doing so, then you might prefer to learn to drive in an automatic car as it may be both quicker and easier for you as there is no clutch pedal in an automatic car thus reducing the number of things to learn.
If you learn to drive in an automatic without the clutch pedal then it can also be more comfortable, especially on busy and congested roads as it reduces the users actions considerably.
