USAGE OF OUR SERVICES
LIMITATIONS
0.1 It is the students responsibility to ensure that they are fit to drive and not under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.
0.2 The driving instructors car operates a strict no smoking environment. Any deviation of this rule nullifies the students rights and will subsequently forfeit them to pay for the aforementioned lesson in full.
0.3 It is the students responsibility to ensure that they have a valid provisional licence and that their eyesight is at the required standard to that of the current driving regulations as defined by the UK government at the time of which the services are provided.
0.4 24hrs notice is required for a cancellation of a lesson, failure to do so means the bookee forfeits the right for a refund and full payment for the previously booked lesson will be due in full.
0.5 Payment for all tuition services must be completed & honored at the beginning of, or prior to, the lesson by either cash or cheque.
0.6 The instructor has the right to withdraw the use of the provided test car on test day if the pupil does not meet all of the above requirements or other detrimental complications occur which may possibly place the insuree or insurer at significant risk.
0.7 It is the instructors responsibility to provide a suitable, fully insured & dual controlled, road legal car for the student.
0.8 Students are advised to be punctual as the instructor will allow a wait time of (maximum) 15 minutes before a lesson and then the student will then subsequently become chargeable and the student will forfeit their fee owed and be liable for such.
0.9 Equally, the instructor may be up to 15 minutes late for a lesson if due to unforeseen circumstances.
If late, then the instructor will make up the time either at the end of the lesson or at the next mutually agreed convenient time.
1.0 Before booking a driving test the student must check availability with the instructor for availability, both of the car and the instructor’s time.
